Day 1 – Welcome to Madagascar
Arrive in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. After airport transfer and hotel check-in, take time to settle in and adjust to the rhythm of the island.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short introduction to the city and its history before joining the group for a welcome dinner and trip briefing.

Day 2 – To the Indian Ocean
Fly to the west coast and arrive in Morondava, a relaxed coastal town on the shores of the Indian Ocean.
Settle into your beachfront hotel and enjoy your first encounters with Madagascar's unique wildlife. In the evening, explore the town and experience the atmosphere of island life.

Day 3 – Local Life & The Avenue of the Baobabs
Today you'll travel deep into western Madagascar.
Visit a local school and meet members of the community, gaining insight into daily life on the island. Continue through spectacular landscapes towards Tsingy National Park, passing the iconic Avenue of the Baobabs.

Day 4 – Tsingy Stone Forest & Night Safari
Spend the day exploring the famous Tsingy National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its dramatic limestone formations.
Walk across suspension bridges, climb panoramic viewpoints, and discover rare endemic species. After sunset, head out on a night safari in search of lemurs, chameleons, and nocturnal wildlife.

Day 5 – Baobabs at Sunset
Begin the return journey through western Madagascar.
In the evening, arrive at the Avenue of the Baobabs at the most magical time of day. Enjoy a sunset picnic among these ancient giants as the sky turns shades of gold, orange, and crimson.

Day 6 – Eastern Madagascar
Fly back to Antananarivo and continue east toward Madagascar's lush tropical region.
The landscapes change dramatically as you enter rainforest territory, home to some of the island's most remarkable wildlife and biodiversity.

Day 7 – Andasibe Rainforest Reserve
Explore Andasibe National Park, one of Madagascar's most important rainforest reserves.
Search for Indri lemurs, the largest lemur species on the island, and encounter colorful chameleons, endemic birds, and other rare wildlife found nowhere else on Earth.

Day 8 – Antananarivo & Local Discoveries
Return to the capital and enjoy a more relaxed day.
Explore local markets, artisan workshops, cafés, and neighborhoods while experiencing everyday life in Madagascar's vibrant capital city.

Day 9 – Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
Leave Madagascar with unforgettable memories, extraordinary wildlife encounters, and a deeper appreciation for one of the world's most unique destinations.
Optional Extension: Sainte-Marie Island
Day 9 – Flight to Sainte-Marie
Instead of returning home, continue your journey to the idyllic island of Sainte-Marie.
Check into your beachside hotel and unwind beside the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.
Day 10 – Whale Watching
Board a boat excursion to observe humpback whales during migration season.
Witness these magnificent animals in their natural habitat and experience one of Madagascar's most memorable wildlife encounters.

Day 11 – Island Exploration & Leisure
Enjoy a free day to relax or explore.
Cycle around the island, visit local fishing villages, go snorkeling, or simply enjoy the white-sand beaches and laid-back atmosphere.

Day 12 – Farewell Dinner
Return to Antananarivo and gather with the group for a farewell dinner to celebrate the journey and share memories from your Madagascar adventure.
Day 13 – Departure
Transfer to the airport and fly home.
