I stand against the fragmentation of "head" and "torso" that dominates our culture. We have become intellectual giants and physical dwarfs, trapped within the screens of our smartphones. This rupture breeds anxiety and a sense of emptiness that no amount of information can fill.
My call is for a return to the here-and-now through sensory experience. In my practices, we restore the dialogue with the nervous system, learning to move without effort and to breathe fully. We rebel against the mechanistic view of the body as a mere machine. The body is the temple where the drama of your being unfolds.
The ultimate purpose of my programs is to achieve a state of "embodied meaning." When every movement is infused with awareness, life ceases to be a series of automatic reactions. You become a living, sensing, and deeply present being, capable of authentic contact with the world.
