This policy is part of the User Terms and Organiser Terms. It sets the rules for everything published on FYDS — listings, reviews, photos, profiles and messages. Ownership of content and the licence you give FYDS are in your Terms; this policy is about what may be published and when we act.

1. Rules for all content

Content on FYDS must not:

  • be unlawful, or promote illegal activity;
  • be hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory;
  • be sexually explicit, or endanger or sexualise minors in any way;
  • infringe someone else's rights — copyright, trademarks, privacy (including photos of identifiable people without their agreement);
  • contain someone else's personal data — and must never contain health information, yours or anyone else's, which belongs in direct contact with the organiser, not on the Platform;
  • be spam, or exist to advertise unrelated services;
  • impersonate anyone, or mislead about who you are.

2. Additional rules for listings

Listings must describe the actual experience accurately: what's included, who delivers it, and who it suits. Listings must not:

  • make medical, therapeutic or health-outcome claims (experiences on FYDS are not treatment, and must not be sold as if they were);
  • guarantee results or transformations;
  • use photos that misrepresent the venue, group size or activity;
  • omit information the listing template requires.

We may edit formatting for presentation, and will ask the organiser before changing substance.

3. Reviews

Who can review: participants whose booking the organiser confirmed through the Platform, after the experience takes place. One review per booking.

What reviews must be: your honest, first-hand account of the experience you attended. Reviews may be critical — criticism is not a reason for removal.

What is never allowed:

  • reviews of experiences you didn't attend, or written on someone's behalf;
  • reviews written, commissioned or edited by the organiser or their competitors;
  • incentivised reviews — no discounts, refunds or gifts in exchange for a review or a rating;
  • pressure on participants to change or remove a review, or making a refund conditional on one;
  • review content that breaks the section 1 rules.

Organiser replies: organisers may post one public reply per review, held to the same rules.

When we remove reviews: only where this policy is breached — fake, incentivised, off-topic, or containing prohibited content. We do not remove reviews for being negative, and organisers cannot pay or ask for removal on that basis. Where we remove or refuse content, we'll tell the author why.

4. Reporting content and takedown

To report content that breaks this policy or infringes your rights, contact reports@findyourdream.space with a link to the content, who you are, and — for rights claims — what right is infringed and why. We review reports promptly, remove or restrict content where the policy or the law requires, and tell the person who posted it. Deliberately false reports are themselves a breach of this policy.

5. Consequences

Depending on seriousness, breaches lead to: content removal, a warning, suspension of listing or review privileges, or account termination under your Terms. Unlawful content may be reported to authorities.
