Terms & Conditions
FYDS is a UK-based technology platform and curated marketplace connecting independent organizers and participants for creative, wellness, retreat and travel-related experiences.
FYDS acts as a platform/facilitator and is not the organizer, seller, tour operator or travel agency for third-party experiences unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Organizers are solely responsible for:
- delivery of experiences
- safety
- licenses and permits
- insurance
- taxes
- accommodations and travel arrangements
- compliance with local laws
Participants acknowledge that experiences may involve travel, physical activity, emotional/group participation and other risks undertaken voluntarily.
Payments:
FYDS may support:
- direct platform payment collection for some organizers;
- inquiry/request-only functionality for others.
Russia restriction:
For events physically located in Russia, FYDS does not process payments and only provides inquiry/booking-request functionality.
FYDS reserves the right to suspend listings, moderate content and terminate accounts for legal, safety or compliance reasons.
