A note on built-in online payments

Organisers in Russia & events held in Russia

Because of current payment-infrastructure limitations, organisers based in Russia — or events taking place in Russia — cannot use the platform's built-in online payments yet.

You can still do everything else:

Questions, answered

When do I pay?

Never during early access — publishing and using the platform is free until 1 September 2026. After launch you pay a 10% commission only on successful bookings. No setup fees, no monthly subscription. You pay only when you earn.

Can I use my own payment methods?

Yes. You can collect payments through the channels you already use and confirm bookings on the platform. Built-in card payments via Stripe are available for selected organisers today, and we're expanding native payments over time.

Do I need a company to join?

No. Independent organisers, teachers and practitioners are exactly who we're built for. You can start as an individual — just create your organiser profile.

Can I list international events?

Absolutely. Whether your retreat is by the ocean, your workshop is online, or your tour spans several countries — you can publish it. Online events and events held outside Russia can use built-in online payments.

What happens if I cancel an event?

You stay in control. You can update or cancel an experience and communicate directly with your participants. Since you own the participant relationship, you handle refunds and rescheduling on your terms — and our team is here to help if you need it.

Can I manage participants?

Yes. Every experience has its own participant roster, so you can see who's coming, track who's paid, and stay in touch — all in one place instead of scattered across chats and spreadsheets.

Is there a mobile version?

Yes. FindYourDream.Space is mobile-first — your event pages and the whole experience look great on phones, so you and your participants can use it anywhere.

How do I get support?

The FYDS team supports you directly. Email us at hello@findyourdream.space and a real person will help you set up, publish and land your first bookings.

What does “MVP stage” mean for me?

It means the essentials work today and we're actively building more — with you. You get free early access and a direct line to the team, and your feedback genuinely shapes what we ship next.

I'm based in Russia — can I still join?

Yes. You can publish events, receive bookings, and communicate with participants. Built-in online payments aren't available yet for organisers in Russia or events held in Russia, so you'd collect payments through your own channels — everything else works the same.
