A place to find retreats, creative workshops, art trips and other small-group experiences, each one published by the independent organiser who runs it. You can browse the catalogue, read about the organiser and the person leading the experience, and request a place.

Open the experience you like and press Request to book. Your request goes to the organiser, who confirms the place and tells you how to pay. You will get e-mails along the way, and the request stays in your account under your bookings.

For now you pay the organiser directly, in the way they offer: bank transfer, a payment link or another method. Card payment on the site is in the works. Each experience page explains the price, any deposit and when the balance is due.

No. Searching, creating an account and sending booking requests are free for participants. The price on the page is the organiser's price.

Prices are shown in the organiser's own currency, the one you will actually pay in.

Yes. Every experience page has a button to send the organiser a message. Ask about anything that matters to you: the level, the programme, accommodation, how to get there.

Each experience page shows its cancellation terms next to the price, so you can see them before you book. To cancel, use your bookings page or write to the organiser through the site, so that the date of your message is on record. The full rules are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You get back everything you paid, whatever the cancellation terms of the experience. If the organiser offers another date, you choose whether to take it or the refund.

The organiser. Your agreement for the experience is with them, and they are the one who delivers it. FindYourDream.Space is the platform that brings you together. If something goes wrong and you cannot settle it with the organiser, write to us and we will help.

For anything abroad we strongly recommend it. If the experience goes ahead but you cannot get there (a cancelled flight, illness, a visa refusal), the cancellation terms of your booking apply, and that is exactly what travel insurance covers.

English and Russian. Switch the language at the top of any page. The language an experience is run in is given on its page.

People who create experiences themselves: retreat leaders, artists and art teachers, coaches, wellness practitioners, small-group tour creators. You do not need a company, an individual can join. More on the For Organisers page.

Publishing is free: no setup fee and no subscription. When card payment on the site launches, a 10% fee will apply only to bookings paid through the site, and we will tell you at least 30 days before it starts.

Create your organiser profile, then add the experience: photos, dates, price, programme and cancellation terms. Once it is published you get a page with one link you can share anywhere.

Write to us at hello@findyourdream.space and tell us what you run. We will do our best to sort it out: suggest the closest category or add a new one.

Each request arrives by e-mail and appears in your account. You confirm it, agree payment with the participant and keep track of everyone in the participant list for that experience, including who has paid.

For now, directly from your participants through the channels you already use. You then mark the booking as paid in your participant list.

Yes. You can publish, receive requests and talk to participants as usual, and take payment through your own channels. When card payment on the site launches, it will not cover events held in Russia at first.

You deliver what your page promises, keep to the cancellation terms you chose and refund participants when those terms require it. The details are in the Organiser Terms; there is also a short insurance guide.
