Hedonism as a Discipline of the Spirit and the Fine Art of Choice
Eno-gastronomic journeys through the prism of art history. Learning to enjoy consciously and profoundly.

I stand against "vulgar consumption" and "fast food" in all its manifestations—from what we eat to how we relate to others. We live in an era of excess that dulls the senses. When everything is accessible, nothing brings joy. The endless pursuit of new stimuli transforms us into insatiable yet miserable ghosts.

My call is for an aristocracy of the spirit and conscious limitation. True hedonism is not about quantity; it is about quality. In my programs, we cultivate an "intellectual palate." We study the history of every detail; we learn to wait and to savor. We restore the sacred status of eating and drinking as an act of communion with the world.

The ultimate purpose of my programs is the creation of an "aesthetics of existence." We transform the mundane into a series of exquisite events. You will learn to be the master of your pleasures, rather than their slave, creating your own unique culture of life.
