Version 1.0 — effective 18 September 2026
These Terms are between you and FINDYOURDREAMSPACE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17024024, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF, contact support@findyourdream.space) ("FYDS", "we", "us"). They apply when you browse findyourdream.space, create an account, or book an experience through the Platform.
They work together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Content & Reviews Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. What FYDS is — and who you're really booking with
1.1. FYDS is an online marketplace. Independent organisers create, price and sell their own experiences; we provide the place to discover and book them.
1.2. When you book an experience, your contract is with the organiser, not with FYDS. The organiser named on the listing is responsible for delivering everything the listing describes — the teaching, the venue, any accommodation or meals, all of it. We show you who the organiser is on every listing and at booking.
1.3. FYDS does not organise experiences, provide accommodation, transport or travel services, or supervise organisers. Our selection of listings is editorial curation — it is not a verification, endorsement or guarantee of any organiser or experience.
1.4. FYDS is responsible for the Platform itself: running it with reasonable care and skill, handling your data properly, and applying the rules in these Terms and our policies.
2. Your account
2.1. You must be 18 or older to hold an account or book an experience. Some experiences welcome under-18s as participants — the listing will say so, and the organiser's rules on accompanying adults apply.
2.2. Keep your account details accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2.3. Booking for others? You confirm they agree to the relevant listing terms, and you remain responsible for the booking.
3. How booking works
3.1. When you send a booking request, you are making an offer to the organiser. Your booking is confirmed — and your contract with the organiser is formed — when the organiser accepts it. Organisers respond within 24 hours (6 hours for experiences starting within 3 days); if they don't, your request lapses and you owe nothing.
3.2. Before you book, check the listing carefully: what's included and excluded, dates, location, who the experience suits, any fitness or skill requirements, the minimum group size (if any), and the cancellation tier that applies. The listing is part of your contract with the organiser.
3.3. Some experiences run only if enough people book. If the minimum isn't reached by the deadline in the listing, the organiser may cancel — you get a full refund, or you can accept another date if offered.
3.4. Before you submit a request, we show you a short notice confirming that your contract will be with the organiser named on the listing, not with FYDS.
4. Paying
4.1. Where the listing directs you to pay the organiser directly (this applies to all bookings while Platform payment is not yet available): the organiser will invoice you and tell you how to pay. FYDS never receives or holds your money for these bookings, and payment matters — including refunds — are between you and the organiser, applying the Cancellation & Refund Policy tier shown on the listing.
4.2. Where you pay through the Platform: payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We collect your payment on the organiser's behalf as their payment agent — which means that once you have paid through the Platform, your payment obligation to the organiser is met, whatever happens to the money afterwards.
4.3. The price shown at checkout is the total price. Any currency conversion shown alongside the organiser's price is indicative.
4.4. Some experiences take a deposit at booking with the balance due later; the listing and checkout will show the amounts and dates. If you don't pay a balance when due, the organiser may cancel your booking under the listing's cancellation tier.
4.5. Verify payment details if anything changes. If payment instructions you receive differ from what's shown on the Platform, or ask you to pay a new or personal account, verify them directly with the organiser through Platform messaging before paying. FYDS is not liable for payments made to a fraudulent account as a result of impersonation or intercepted messages.
5. Cancellations and refunds
5.1. Every listing carries one of three cancellation tiers — Flexible, Moderate or Strict — defined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The tier shown when you book is the one that applies.
5.2. If the organiser cancels your confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund — always, whatever the tier.
5.3. Where the law gives you a cancellation right that is better than the tier — for example, a 14-day cancellation right applies to some services without fixed dates — the law wins. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when this applies and how experiences with fixed dates are treated differently.
5.4. How to cancel, and how refunds are paid, is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
6.1. Give accurate information when booking, and honestly assess whether an experience suits your fitness, skills and experience — the listing's requirements exist for your safety.
6.2. Share health, dietary or accessibility information directly with the organiser, using the contact route they provide — not through Platform messages. The organiser, not FYDS, needs this information to look after you.
6.3. For experiences involving travel: your passport, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance are your responsibility. For experiences abroad, take out travel insurance — organiser cancellation tiers do not cover your flights or your own travel problems.
6.4. Follow the organiser's safety instructions during the experience, and treat organisers, other participants and hosts with respect. Serious misconduct may lead to the organiser ending your participation without refund, and to action on your FYDS account.
7. Risk
7.1. Some experiences — movement, outdoor activities, travel — carry inherent risks that care cannot fully remove. By booking, you confirm you understand the nature of the activity described in the listing.
7.2. This is an acknowledgment, not a waiver: nothing in these Terms or any organiser document removes your legal rights where someone's negligence causes injury.
8. Reviews and your content
8.1. After attending a confirmed booking, you can review the experience. Write honestly, about your own experience — reviews are governed by the Content & Reviews Policy, including when we will and won't remove them.
8.2. You keep ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, messages). You give FYDS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it for operating and marketing the Platform. Don't post content that infringes anyone's rights or shows identifiable people without their agreement.
9. What FYDS is responsible for — and what it isn't
9.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited — and nothing reduces your statutory consumer rights.
9.2. We are responsible for providing the Platform with reasonable care and skill. If we get that wrong and it causes you loss, we are liable for foreseeable loss you suffer as a result.
9.3. We are not responsible for the experiences themselves. The organiser is solely responsible for delivering the experience and for anything that happens during it. Claims about an experience — quality, safety, cancellation, refunds — are claims against the organiser, though we will help you contact them and will apply the Cancellation & Refund Policy to payments we control.
9.4. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, business losses, or events outside our reasonable control. Where you have paid FYDS nothing for our service, our liability to you for Platform failures is limited to £100; where you have paid through the Platform, it is limited to the amounts you paid through the Platform in the 12 months before the claim (this limit does not apply to anything in 9.1, and does not limit the organiser's obligation to refund you or FYDS's obligation to pass on refunds due).
10. Your account and our rules
10.1. We may suspend or close accounts used to break these Terms or our policies, to harass others, or for fraud. Unless the issue is urgent, we'll warn you first and explain our decision.
10.2. You can close your account at any time in your account settings. Existing bookings remain governed by these Terms and the listing you booked.
11. Complaints
11.1. Something wrong with an experience? Contact the organiser first — they are responsible for it and can usually fix it fastest. We can help you reach them.
11.2. Something wrong with FYDS? Contact support@findyourdream.space. We'll acknowledge within 5 working days and respond fully within 15.
11.3. We are not required to use, and do not participate in, alternative dispute resolution schemes for consumers. You can always bring a claim in court under clause 13.
12. Changes
12.1. We may update these Terms and our policies. For changes that affect you, we'll give notice on the Platform or by email before they take effect. Changes don't affect bookings already confirmed.
13. Legal bits, briefly
13.1. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of your home country's mandatory consumer laws, and you may bring claims in your home courts.
13.2. If part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Only you and FYDS have rights under these Terms — except that your contract with each organiser is yours and theirs.
